Pune’s share in India’s overall absorption rose to 14% in Q1 2022 from 8% in 2021, resulting in the city climbing up to third place among India’s top six cities. Flexible workspace operators are expanding rapidly in the city, accounting for a considerable 62% share in the city’s overall gross absorption during Q1 2022. The other significant demand came from the engineering and manufacturing sector, garnering about 18% share.
