Our latest report, India Industrial & Logistics | Year-End 2023, makes note of key trends across India’s industrial and logistics sector in 2023.  

Key highlights:

-India witnessed absorption of 49.6 million sq. ft. and new supply of 62 million sq. ft. in 2023. 

-Grade A space accounted for 53% of supply, and 54% of absorption. 

-The 3PL sector contributed 39% to total absorption, followed by manufacturing at 24%, retail at 14%, and FMCD/FMCG at 6%. 

-Delhi-NCR had the highest contribution of 21% to total supply, followed by Mumbai with 11%. In terms of absorption, Delhi-NCR accounted for the highest contribution of 15%, followed by Mumbai at 13%.
