Key Highlights:

-Office gross absorption across India’s six  major cities recorded a new all-time high of 62.3 mn sq. ft., a 12% growth over last year. 

-New supply stood at 53.3 mn sq. ft., similar to last year. Approximately 61% of the new supply was noted in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. 

-Deals of large and medium sizes (over 25,000 sq. ft.) accounted for 82% of the market. 

-Demand from tech occupiers shrank by 14% compared to last year indicating more broad-based leasing.
