Mumbai recorded gross absorption of 1.9 million sq. ft., registering a YOY increase of 73%, and new supply infusion of 3.7 million sq. ft., almost 3 times than that recorded during Q1 2021. The BFSI segment continued to dominate demand with a 24% share, followed by the IT-BPM and consulting segments with a 23% and 16% share respectively.
