Hyderabad witnessed leasing activity of around 1.7 mn sq. ft in Q1 2022, corresponding to a YOY increase of 8%. An overwhelming 96% of these transactions were concentrated in the SBD-I micro-market, comprising HITEC City, Madhapur, Kondapur and Raidurg. Interestingly, mid-sized deals (25,000 - 99,999 sq. ft), with a share of 55%, dominated leasing activity.
