Savills recently signed a three-year contract extension to manage the Dutch real estate portfolio of La Française Real Estate Managers, covering an area of c.34,000 sq m. The instruction includes properties in Amsterdam and The Hague. One of these is Track at Oosterdoksstraat 114 in Amsterdam which Savills is also responsible for leasing, featuring c.4,300 sq m of office space.
