Savills has expanded its property management in residential real estate with the appointment as property manager of apartment complex Urban Villas in Amsterdam Noord.

Urban Villas is the second residential development to be managed by Savills from Union Investment GmbH. The apartment complex, located in the green neighbourhood of Elzenhagen, comprises four distinct buildings: Villa Robin, Villa Finch, Villa Kingfisher, and Villa Nightingale consisting of 173 rental apartments which will feature at least a A++  energy label, spacious private outdoor spaces and distinctive architecture. Each building has been designed by a different architect. Urban Villas offers the ideal blend of comfort and living in a green environment. The Urban Villas development, managed by AM – Blauwhoed, is expected to have its first apartments delivered in the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2024.
