The Savills Industry & Logistics Department has successfully completed the lease of the Perafita Logistics Platform, spanning approximately 9,722 sq m, offering cutting-edge features and a prime location. Savills represented M7, the owner of this prime logistics asset.

Its excellent location, just 11 km from Porto city center, 8 km from the Port of Leixões, and 5 km from the Airport, is one of this logistics hub’s key advantages.
