La Française Real Estate Managers welcomes new tenant Backbase B.V. to the Track building at Oosterdoksstraat 114 in Amsterdam. The lease comprises ca. 4,500 sq m.
Backbase B.V., a developer of software solutions in the financial technology sector, is currently based a mere 10-minute bike ride away from Track. Employees will thus be acquainted with the Oosterdoksstraat area. The Track building is easily accessible with Amsterdam central station within walking distance and Ring A10 10 minutes away. Moreover, Oosterdoksstraat offers plenty of parking spaces, which is rare for a location in the heart of Amsterdam. In addition, various hospitality establishments and the view over the IJ-meer make the location highly appealing.
