Bryant park Netherlands Acquisition l B.V., a fund affiliated with the New York-based global asset manager Marathon Asset Management L.P., has signed a lease agreement for ca. 400 sq m with MovingDot B.V., consultant of Air Traffic Management solutions, at Taurusavenue 1-41 in Hoofddorp. MovingDot B.V. previously established its office in the city of Hoofddorp and has now chosen to relocate to the Zuidtoren. Reason for this choice include the excellent location next to train and bus station Hoofddorp, the high quality facilities of the building, recently renovated common areas and impressive entrance of the building. The Zuidtoren is a prominent landmark in Hoofddorp, offering impressive views of Schiphol Airport amongst others. Next to that Taurusavenue is located in a green area with many nearby hospitality facilities.
