Savills Portugal celebrates a milestone of excellence by winning two prestigious awards: the “Real Estate Award” in the category of “Renovation and Reconstruction of Offices” for the iconic MB4 Office Building project, and the “Best Broker Iberia” distinction in Industry & Logistics (I&L). These distinctions reflect Savills ongoing commitment to redefining the real estate sector with innovation, sustainability, and excellence.

The Real Estate Award, presented by SIC Notícias and Expresso Imobiliário, recognizes the MB4 Office Building as an example of visionary and sustainable urban rehabilitation. This building, transformed by Savills since its acquisition, reflects a pioneering approach by combining innovative solutions with rigorous ESG standards. Classified as an “NZEB Building – Very Efficient” by ADENE, the project is a benchmark in sustainability, featuring technologies that reduce 280 tons of CO2 annually and a continuous commitment to BREEAM In-Use certification, with an “Excellent” rating.

On the other hand, the distinction as “Best Broker” in I&L at the Panattoni European gala highlights Savills as the undisputed leader in the Industry and Logistics sector. This recognition validates the talent and know-how of Savills teams in delivering outstanding results and driving the sector forward.
