Savills Investment Management has signed a lease agreement for a distribution centre at Makassarstraat 1 with tenant PTP Netherlands B.V., an international logistics service provider specialising in the global transportation of goods, products and services.

The property is located at Rotterdam Maasvlakte and comprises ca. 8,600 sq m, consisting of ca. 6,700 sq m of storage space, 1,600 sq m of mezzanine space, 250 sq m of office space and ca. 2,000 sq m of outside space.

Rotterdam Maasvlakte is strategically located near motorway A15, which offers direct access to Rotterdam and Nijmegen. The A15 is also part of the Rotterdam Ring Road with good connections to Amsterdam, Breda and Belgium via the A4 and 16 motorways. Rotterdam Maasvlakte is in close proximity to the Port of Rotterdam and features rail facilities and container barge services, making it a hub for local and international distribution.
