International real estate advisor, Savills, has announced the appointment of Patricia Matias as National Director of Shopping Centre Management and Leasing in its retail division.
Patricia, who has joined the 30-strong team at Savills Aguirre Newman’s Madrid office, will be working alongside the rest of the division to lead a number of projects across Spain with the aim of expanding Savills retail services.
With over 20 years of experience, Patricia has held previous positions at both JLL and Freeport Plc which saw her working across Madrid, London and Lisbon. She joins from Gentalia (Lar Socimi España) where she was leasing director for a number of international clients including UBS, GreenOak and Morgan Stanley.
