Sustainability and top-tier amenities can go hand in hand


As with many real estate sectors, branded residence operators face a significant challenge going forward – how to balance sustainability and luxury without sacrificing the amenities residents have come to expect.

A challenge in this sector is that implementing carbon reduction initiatives can be seen to be at odds with providing a luxury service to residents. More and more brands are adopting ESG strategies to mitigate their effects on the planet and increase their social value commitments while still maintaining the high level of service and amenity offering expected by purchasers.
