CHICAGO (November 4, 2024) – Savills managed the market search and real estate process for cybersecurity firm Darktrace. The firm will relocate to the Aon Center in the East Loop and occupy a 14,000-square-foot space on the 26th floor.
“Darktrace is growing its footprint in the US as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence continue to be top of mind for innovative companies,” said Savills Managing Director Brandon Nasatir. “The firm sought to relocate from Michigan Avenue but remain in the East Loop due to its convenient location near public transportation. The vibrance and abundant amenities offered by the Aon Center coupled with its strategic placement in the East Loop make an optimal location for Darktrace’s team in the Midwest.”
Darktrace will relocate in early 2025 to a partial floor and fully furnished spec suite with wellness measures incorporated into its design. In addition to Nasatir, the real estate process was managed by Savills Vice Chairmen John Goodman, Eric Feinberg, Luke Troedson, and Managing Director Isabel (Preskill) Schwartz.

These amenities include a 16,000 square foot fitness center with spacious locker rooms, a club-like tenant lounge and an assortment of conference spaces. The property provides convenient accessibility to public transportation, the city’s pedway and bike paths, as well as retail, restaurants, and shopping destinations throughout the East Loop.
