Glasgow Airport Business Park fully let following latest deal

Savills, on behalf of Warehouse REIT Plc., has let the last remaining unit at Glasgow Airport Business Park in Paisley to All Access Training Services Ltd (AATSL).

The asset comprises a subdivided standalone building, which forms three units totalling circa 50,000 sq ft. AATSL, who specialises in scaffolding training in Scotland, will occupy Unit B having agreed to a new 10-year lease for space totalling 17,445 sq ft.

This latest deal follows on from the landlord securing vacant possession due to the expiry of the previous lease. In the same week that the unit was made available, Savills secured AATSL as a tenant. The firm’s building & project consultancy team then oversaw the refurbishment programme for the unit, whilst planning was able to secure a use variation in order to incorporate the training related element in tandem with the regular 5 and 6 use class for industrial.

This latest letting brings the asset back to fully let status, alongside adjacent occupiers Fed Ex and Kuhene & Nagel.

Ross Sinclair, director in the industrial & logistics team at Savills Scotland, comments: “The fact that the scheme is now fully let is testament to the demand for good quality modern industrial & logistics space across Scotland. Glasgow Airport Business Park is the ideal location for All Access Training Services, following its relocation from Hillington as the business continues its regional expansion.”

Solicitors Sheppard & Wedderburn advised Warehouse REIT Plc.
