Savills France more than doubles its team size in Lyon and appoints Péroline Prevost-Manseau as head of office

With immediate effect, Savills France has appointed six new colleagues including Péroline Prevost-Manseau who has joined as director and head of its Lyon office.

Péroline's arrival is part of the company’s ambition to strengthen its services and expertise in the French regions. She will report to Aymeric Le Roux, Head of Office Agency, Workthere & Workplace at Savills France.

Péroline has 25 years of real estate experience and was previously a director at NCT Agency in Lyon. Prior to that, she spent seven years at JLL where she was director of major transactions. Other former roles include director of development at IWG Group and director of property management at BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The latest hires sees the Lyon team size grow to nine people:

Grégoire Lefranc has been appointed director of business and industrial premises, Murathan Olmez, Sylvain Poncet, Simon Buttin and William Gauthier join as consultants.
