Sarah is a chartered mechanical building services engineer who joins Savills with over 20 years' experience in project management, design and delivery of building services systems.

The Engineering and Design Consultancy service line provides technical advice from acquisition through to management and disposal of all assets within the built environment; specialising in due diligence surveys, design and project management, planned maintenance and lifecycle costing, condition surveys and feasibility studies all the way through to disposal, dilapidation terminal schedules and assessments, vendor's surveys and more.
