CK Capital Partners sells office at Leeghwaterplein in The Hague, the Netherlands

Blue Knight International SARL, a holding company backed by a prominent Bahraini family office has acquired an office building with c.7,900 sq m lettable floor area at Leeghwaterplein 1 in The Hague, the Netherlands for an undisclosed price. CK Capital Partners, the investment manager representing vendor Groningen Office Investment I Coöperatief U.A., has, in collaboration with its sole tenant, initiated an extensive renovation and further sustainability upgrades, including improving the asset’s energy performance. The eight storey property is fully let to UWV (the Dutch Employee Insurance Agency) under a long-term contract. Built in 1997, the property has an A energy label.

The asset is strategically located in The Hague Laakhaven Hollands Spoor area, directly across train station and close to several facilities, such as the Megastores shopping centre. The property is also easily accessible by car, with convenient access to the A12 highway, in addition to public transport. Laakhaven Hollands Spoor area is currently being transformed into a vibrant urban area, blending living and working.
