Caroline van Duren, Senior Consultant Occupier Solutions at Savills in the Netherlands, says: "This transaction is the result of a careful search for a location that met Securitas' specific requirements. The number of parking spaces required was a challenging aspect in this search for office space, but we are pleased that we were able to find a suitable location in Amsterdam Zuidoost. A lively mixed-use neighbourhood where several large and well-known companies have already established their offices. We therefore wish Securitas prosperity at their new office location."
Savills commercially assisted Securitas in the search for suitable office space. NSI Kantoren B.V. was advised by Colliers in collegial cooperation with CBRE & JLL.
