Savills expands Prague building and project consultancy team

International real estate advisor Savills has expanded its Building & Project Consultancy team with the appointment of Vít Zelikov who joins as a project manager based at the company’s Prague office.

Vít has over eight years’ experience in the built environment and is an authorized civil engineer. He has experience in residential, offices, retail and logistics properties, specialising in all stages of preparation and management of construction projects. This includes the pre-investment stage, commissioning and preparing project documentation as well as implementing and completing instructions. Vít joined Savills from GEONE Real Estate, where he was a project manager, responsible for leading several Prague residential projects at the pre-development stage.

At Savills, his primary role will be to manage commercial fit-outs and to participate in monitoring development projects with responsibility for maintaining high standards within the Savills project management team. Vít will be expanding his expertise by participating in technical due diligence projects where Savills already has a strong market position.

In 2020, the Savills Building & Project Consultancy team in Prague provided professional support on 40 projects in excess of 950,000 sq m. The team operates across all commercial real estate sectors, provides a wide range of services to investors, developers and occupiers and is able to assist and add value at any stage of the process.
