The activity of Savills BPC & Architecture department in Porto has grown by around 60% since the acquisition of Predibisa in June 2023. This evolution is reflected in all the department’s areas of activity, including design & build, project development, and project management.
This growth has been reinforced by the addition of new professionals. Recently, the team welcomed, Natália Moura, and Miguel Alves, joining as Senior Business Strategist, Senior Architect, and Architect, respectively. With numerous projects in the pipeline, further team expansions are planned in the near future.
At the same time, the consultancy’s Sustainability department in Porto has seen a significant increase in the number of projects carried out, reflecting the growing integration of ESG factors in the companies’ new facilities. Collaboration between the two teams has proved essential to offering the best solutions to clients.
