International real estate advisor Savills has joined NVM Business, the Dutch organisation of real estate agents and appraisers. NVM Business specialises in commercial real estate and offers its members a knowledge and data sharing platform.
Jordy Kleemans, Head of Research & Consultancy at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “To further improve transparency within the real estate market, we will have to share more and more data within the sector. An advantage of the NVM Business platform is knowledge sharing between organisations. We are therefore very pleased to become a member.”
