Bas will join the firm on 1 April 2020 and will focus on valuations for Dutch funds and cross-border valuations.

Over the past 13 years, Bas has gained experience in the real estate sector at Cushman & Wakefield in various positions. He started his career as a researcher before moving into valuing commercial real estate assets, such as offices, logistics and retail properties, for both Dutch and foreign clients. In his most recent role, Bas was responsible for various large accounts.
