The Savills in the Netherlands valuation team comprises over 20 professionals who, in addition to specialising in the residential market, also have valuation specialists in the office, industrial, logistics, retail, hotels and student housing sector. Jurre and Gijs will join the existing residential valuation team comprising of Jorn Damhuis, Stan van Geilswijk and Kristan Kerkkamp.

Martijn Onderstal, Co-Head Valuation at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “Last year, residential properties were the preferred asset class for investors into Dutch real estate, overtaking the office sector. In line with the growth of its valuation portfolio, Savills in the Netherlands continues to increase its valuation team. At the moment there are open vacancies for experienced valuers and for a team assistant.
