Jurre and Gijs will join the existing residential valuation team comprising of Jorn Damhuis, Stan van Geilswijk and Kristan Kerkkamp.

Martijn Onderstal, Co-Head Valuation at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “Last year, residential properties were the preferred asset class for investors into Dutch real estate, overtaking the office sector. We certainly see this reflected in our valuation portfolio. With Jurre and Gijs, we are able to serve our clients in the residential market even better.”
