Savills has recruited Jorn Damhuis as an associate within its valuation team at its Amsterdam office. Jorn will join the firm on 1 July 2019 and will be responsible for carrying out independent valuations as well as coordinating fund- and portfolio valuations.

Jorn Damhuis has seven years’ experience in the real estate sector. After completing his Masters in Real Estate, he started his career in CBRE’s valuation department in 2012. After over four and a half years he switched to real estate investor Holland Immo Group, where he held the position of Investment Manager for two years. In 2017, Jorn successfully completed his Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) degree at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. Jorn is a qualified Registered Valuer with NRVT (Nederlands Register Vastgoed Taxateurs).
