For a number of years, this benefit has come as standard in many apartments across London, but developers are now offering concierge services in a growing number of prime regional developments too, recognising changing trends in how people across the country live their daily lives.
A ‘concierge’ has charge of the entrance of a building. He or she will maintain a reassuring eye over the security of your building when you’re not around, and will provide a warm welcome on your return.
