Joana's main focus is coordinating and managing the architecture team in Portugal. Joana's day to day work involves meeting and liasing with Savills clients, coordinating and organising the respective teams to undertake mandates, ensuring quality control and standardisation of outputs and ultimately providing a best-in-class end service to our clients.

Joana Rodrigues started her professional career in 2001 at Melo e Liz Design, an interior design company. At the same time she started her academic degree in interior Design.

After 3 years working in the business in a number of areas such as finance, commercial and construction management, Joana was promoted to Operations Director of the company.

In 2007, Melo e Liz Design merged with Aguirre Newman and in 2009 Joana was promoted to Architecture Director. She maintains the Architecture Director role on Savills Portugal.
