Some highlights of her work include acting as Architect for office projects and project management,  as well as the development of Workplace Strategy and Change Management projects. Bárbara recently became recognized as a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) by International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

Before starting her career in Aguirre Newman in 2016, Bárbara joined an architecture and engineering office, where she participated in several architecture projects, with a focus on residential projects. 

In 2017 Aguirre Newman is acquired by SAVILLS, where she is continuing her career as an architect, with focus on the new strategies for workplace, well-being and sustainability.
