Wittington completes first letting at Forty Princess Street, Manchester

Savills, on behalf of Wittington Investments (Properties) Limited, has completed a new office letting at Forty Princess Street in Manchester.

Architectural design company, PRP Group LLP, will be the first office tenant to move into the building and will occupy Unit 2.0 extending to 2,530 sq ft for a term of 10 years.

Forty has recently undergone significant refurbishment and now offers a substantial business lounge reception, excellent end of journey amenity and office suites ranging in size between 600 sq ft and 5,300 sq ft. There is currently 51,123 sq ft available over 10 levels. The offering includes conventional office space and fully fitted solutions.

Located in the heart of Manchester’s vibrant village quarter, the Grade II listed building occupies a prominent position, and benefits from close proximity to Manchester Art Gallery, Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, The Palace Theatre, and a plethora of bars and restaurants.
