Malhoa 27 receives Connecta Avanzia with operation advised by Savills

The company, which specialises in providing contact centre services, will occupy two floors of this building located in the New Office Zone

Connecta Avanzia, a company specialising in providing contact centre services, has just moved into the Malhoa 27 building, in an operation assisted by the Savills office team. The design and concept of the new premises are in line with the company’s values and image, with spaces that favour cooperation and communication between teams.

The company will occupy floors 10 and 11 of this asset which boasts a privileged location in the city, with one of the Portuguese capital’s main avenues as a backdrop.
