Savills strengthens Property Management team with four new hires

Carolina Ono, Nuno Gaspar, Ricardo Antunes and José João Fernandes are the professionals who are now taking up their posts

Specialising in the management of different types of real estate assets, from large office buildings to industrial platforms, Savills Property Management Department begins September by strengthening its team with the addition of four new members.

Carolina Ono is the new Coordinator of Savills Property Management Department. With a degree in Management and Public Administration from the Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas, she has more than 20 years’ experience in the Property Management sector, having collaborated with several renowned companies, both national and international.

Nuno Gaspar joins Savills as Technical Manager, bringing extensive experience in the management of large commercial spaces in Greater Lisbon. Throughout his career, he has excelled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing operations.

To strengthen the Property Managers Team, Ricardo Antunes has also joined Savills, bringing with him more than two decades of experience in Facilities and Property Management. He has a degree in Accounting and Business Management from ISCAL, a degree in Real Estate Management and a master's degree in Valuation and Management of Real Estate Assets from ESAI.

Finally, José João Fernandes, who has a degreein Business Management from ISAG - European Business School in Porto, joins the Asset Management team as Junior Lease Manager. José already has experience in the banking sector, where he worked as a Corporate Actions Analyst and has a Masters in Finance from Hult International Business School in London.

Cristina Cristóvão, Property Management Business Development Director at Savills Portugal, emphasises: “We are delighted to see our Property Management team growing with the addition of these fantastic professionals.
