The renowned Portuguese mail distribution, postal services, and logistics company will occupy an expansive area of approximately 29,500 sq m within this meticulously developed logistics park, masterfully crafted by INVESCO REAL ESTATE and MAGNA GENERAL CONTRACTORS, encompassing a total of 90,717 sq m.
Located in an area of urban regeneration in the municipality of Benavente, with excellent accessibility and proximity to the A10 motorway junction, with links
to the country’s main motorways, this asset aims to boost the region’s economy, providing ideal conditions for any logistics operation.
