Real I.S. leases approximately 650 sq m in office building De Alexander in Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Real I.S. has signed a new lease agreement with Property investment manager Heeneman & Partners in De Alexander office building at Oosterdokstraat 80 in Amsterdam. In the first quarter of 2024, Heeneman & Partners entered into an agreement for the lease of approximately 650 sq m of office space in the multi-tenant office building-. Currently, there is still approximately 1,000 sq m of office space available in the Alexander, divided over four floors.

In July 2012, Real I.S. acquired office building De Alexander on behalf of the BGV V fund (BGV V Amsterdam 1 GmbH & Co. KG). Due to its strategic location close to Amsterdam Central Station, the office building is an attractive housing location for office users. Earlier this year, the entrance to De Alexander was renovated on a large scale using sustainable materials. Thanks to this investment, the office once again has a modern look and a hospitable reception area for the tenants and their visitors.

Real I.S. was assisted by Savills in the conclusion of the lease. Savills Building & Project Consultancy has also taken on the project management for the renovation of the ground floor entrance (both the interior and exterior).
