James Tarrant joins Savills Financial Consultants as a Director

Experienced housing finance professional James Tarrant has been appointed as a Director at Savills Financial Consultants, the independent FCA-regulated treasury advisory business at Savills.

James has worked in senior leadership roles in housing provider treasury teams for several years and brings this expertise to support Savills’ clients with financial, treasury and debt advice.

Before joining Savills Financial Consultants, James worked as the Director of Corporate Finance & Treasury at GreenSquareAccord. Prior to this, James was the Group Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury and has also led treasury teams at GreenSquare and One Housing.

Before working in housing finance, James worked in several treasury, structuring and investing roles in bank and non-bank financial institutions both in the UK and Australia. James continues as a Non-Executive Board Member & Vice Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Newport City Homes.

James is well-equipped to add to Savills Financial Consultants’ strong client offering and will help to lead its specialist team in providing independent, targeted advice to its growing client base.
