Over 220 lots to feature in Savills final sale of the year

Savills Auctions has announced the catalogue for its final sale of 2023 on 13th December.

The catalogue will feature over 220 lots across the UK, including a mix of residential, commercial and development opportunities.

Savills has raised over £533m so far in 2023, up by over a quarter on the same period last year.

Highlights from the December catalogue include:

Shelley cottage in Marlow, Buckinghamshire (Lot 27), a Grade II Listed three-storey town house, formerly the home of authors Mary and Percy Shelley who purchased it in the early 19th century.

Mary was inspired to pen her masterpiece Frankenstein while living in the house and it was published when she was just 20-years-old – guide price £565,000

Lot 132 - Kingsland House, North Street, Winkfield, Windsor - a substantial six bedroom detached house in the popular village of Winkfield – guide price £1,800,000

Lot 36 - Milner Street, Chelsea, London – a two-bedroom terraced house of approximately 1,363 sq ft - guide price £2,450,000

Lot 37 - Oakley Street, Chelsea, London -  a Grade II listed end of terrace property comprising three self-contained flats - guide price £1,950,000

Lot 33 - Portobello Road, Notting Hill, London - a two-bedroom duplex flat on the world-famous Portobello Road - guide price £600,000

Commercial, development and mixed-use:

Lot 80 - Ajax Works, Hertford Road, Barking, London - 0.9 acre (approximately) multi-let industrial investment comprising of a total approx. Investment let at £195,840 per annum - guide price £2,800,000

Lot 95 - Mighell Street, Brighton – mixed-use freehold investment producing £77,500 per annum - guide price £795,000

Lot 78 - 32-38 Fore Street & 1-4 Tamar Court, Saltash, Cornwall - freehold mixed-use parade of four shops, four flats and a garage. Investment let at £63,930 per annum - guide price £650,000

Lot 107 - Strathearn Road, Wimbledon, London - a freehold development plot with planning permission for a three-bedroom detached house – guide price £295,000
