Savills has further strengthened its Easten Region Industrial Agency Team with the appointment of Mike Wilson as Associate Director based out its Chelmsford office.
Mike has extensive experience in industrial agency, consultancy and corporate real estate. He has been involved in a range of sales and acquisitions for occupiers, property funds, and private investors including Toll Group, Panther Securities, National Highways, Jokey, Chancerygate, Hertfordshire County Council, SGN, Babcock, Royal Mail, and Hermes.
Mike is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
