StartDock signs a new lease at Singel 126-130 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, expanding its number of locations in the Dutch capital’s city centre. The new lease, signed with Allianz Europe, comprises approximately 1,850 sq m.

StartDock offers office space to entrepreneurs with a focus on building a community amongst its tenants. Community building is stimulated with coworking spaces, shared break-out areas and tenant events. StartDock has already established itself at several locations in the centre of Amsterdam. With this new A-location, StartDock adds a classic-monumental location to its portfolio, where they will house start-ups and freelancers. The building on the Singel offers a unique blend of modern interior and a historical exterior. The central location of the Singel, one of Amsterdam's oldest canals, makes this location very attractive. The office building at the Singel is easily accessible by public transport and Amsterdam Central Station is located within walking distance.
