After placing Oswald Orb in the Duque de Loulé 106 building, Savills was designated to carry out the Design & Build process of the Fit-Out work of the new office space of the French company in Portugal; the project was now completed by the Architecture department of the Real Estate consultant. 

This creative and technological company has chosen Lisbon to implement its technological hub, having found in this building, located in the city centre, the ideal characteristics for the development of its operation in Portugal.

With an intervention area of about 160 sq. m, this project had, as main purpose, the creation of a workspace able to provide a relaxed atmosphere to its users. The industrial look was the main inspiration for the design, where the concept of open space is fully implemented. The informal surface acts as a filter between the work area and the lounge space, favoring a palette of neutral colours that merge naturally with various elements of biophilia, allowing natural light.
