The Offices department of Savills Portugal ensured the placement of Imperial Brands in a new space fitted to the company’s needs, with the collaboration of the Architecture team, responsible for the turnkey project. The new Imperial Brands office, with an area of 580 sqm, is located on the second floor of Ramazzotti Building, incorporating offices, retail and warehouses, located near the center of Lisbon and very accessible to and from the city.        

Imperial Brands, a British multinational tobacco company listed on the London Stock Exchange, is the fourth largest international cigarette company in the world, acting in 51 countries. In order to contribute to a healthier life to its consumers, creating differentiating and alternative products to traditional tobacco, Imperial Brands is compromised on the reduction of tobacco related health damages and about minimizing the impact on the planet.

According to Miguel Simões, Market Manager of Portugal & Andorra at Imperial Brands, "the new space would have to convey, from the beginning, an ambiance of personal and professional growth and would have to recreate the purposes of the company. Thus, themes of awareness for sustainability, human relations and development, both personal and professional, could never be erased from the equation when choosing the new space. It was indeed a sine qua non in the requirements that the new space would have to personalize and promote the feeling of well-being, as well as functionally, allowing good teamwork. And that was achieved," he concluded.

The Architecture department of Savills Portugal is also involved in the process of placing the brand in this new space, being responsible for the design of the new office".

This project at Ramazzotti Building, in Design & Build format, in a fraction with circa 580 sqm, should be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2023," reinforces João Cabrito, Associate Architect of Savills Portugal.
