Savills expands into Denmark – leading Danish property advisor becomes Savills Denmark

25 employee business to rebrand as Savills Denmark with immediate effect

As of 1 May 2023, Savills associate in Denmark, formerly known as Nordicals Copenhagen, has become part of Savills global network as the international real estate advisor continues to expand across Europe.

The business, which has been a Savills associate since 2015, has rebranded to Savills Denmark with immediate effect.  

Recent joint instructions include a last-mile logistics portfolio of 10,000 sq m, a 9,000 sq m modern office property and a residential portfolio of 31,000 sq m.

Founded in 1995 and based in Copenhagen, Savills Denmark employs 25 commercial real estate professionals and advises clients across the purchase and sale of commercial properties; investment in commercial real estate; renting and letting of commercial property and premises; capital markets; property and market rent assessments; valuations and due diligence; market analyses and occupier services.
