Cappelle has led the business since 2019 and was previously head of the investment team having originally joined the company in 2008.

Angus Potterton will become the new Head of Savills France with immediate effect. Potterton led Savills Ireland for 15 years and was most recently CEO of Savills Italy for three years. He is a highly experienced and respected business leader. He will work alongside the existing leadership team in France to progress the next step in the growth of the business, which will also see the firm move to new larger offices in the summer of 2024.

In less than five years, we have almost doubled our sales and headcount by strengthening our existing teams and diversifying our businesses, while developing a regional network. Today, Savills France can offer a 360-degree quality service to our customers, and I am delighted that Angus is here to continue the long-term development of Savills in France.”
