Savills appoints new head of UK Best Practice for its UK Valuation business

International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Charlotte Aschan to oversee Best Practice for its UK Valuation business.

Charlotte, who is a director in the valuation division and an RICS Registered Valuer, has been with Savills for over 25 years. In her new role, Charlotte will work closely with Savills Group Head of Valuation Best Practice, Patrick Hill, as well as the group legal team and various divisions across the business to ensure valuation best practice is met across the UK, as well as working with clients on highlighting the importance of best practice within the delivery of property advice.
