Alex Balkin, executive director, Savills French Riviera, expresses the importance of this additional key office, explaining that “expanding our office in Saint-Tropez to include an additional site in the heart of this busy village, seems like a natural progression of the business, in order to be able to professionally serve this ever popular and glamorous seaside resort."

An influential presence and major actor in the property market within the renowned location of Saint-Tropez and surrounding towns for over ten years, the opening of an additional Savills office in this sought-after setting has guaranteed an expansion of the team to secure greater coverage and even better client care. The new office brings with it an experienced multilingual team of professional agents, many of whom are local residents with unrivalled knowledge and experience.

Elodie Marchi, Head of office explains the important of an increased presence; “our client database is ever growing and diversifying to reflect the consistent popularity of the Var coast line to both national and international clients alike. Having the right space to be able to welcome clients and provide a hub for our busy team to share key data was very important to ensure we stay top of our field and reactive to our client’s needs.”

The expanded Saint-Tropez team is complemented by a network of offices in the key prime Riviera locations including Nice, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Cap d’Antibes, Valbonne and Cannes in addition to a commercial real estate office covering the region. Within France, Savills covers the French Alps, with residential offices in Courchevel, Meribel, Morzine and Annecy, SW France (through an association with Beaux Villages Immobilier) and Paris (through an association with Varenne). The commercial element of Savills France is also headquartered in Paris.
