Alexander Kimmel, Associate Director MidCap Investment at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “The industrial property market was able to benefit from the pandemic. The economy has recovered, with producer confidence rising sharply among industrial entrepreneurs in particular, to levels above pre-Covid-19. This transaction is a good example of this, as the buyer is an owner-occupier purchasing the space to expand their production capacity.”
Savills advised the seller, the buyer was advised by CMK Makelaars.
