Savills announces association with Beaux Villages Immobilier

International real estate advisor Savills has formed a new residential association with Beaux Villages Immobilier in France.

Established in 2007, Beaux Villages Immobilier has a network of 15 offices across South West France including Tournon d’Agenais in Lot-et-Garonne, Eymet and Verteillac in Dordogne and Aubeterre in Charente. The company was recently named the ‘Best Real Estate Agent Europe’ at the International Property Awards.

This association complements Savills existing presence in France which includes a commercial business covering a wide range of real estate services across the country, and a network of residential offices in Paris and the French Riviera.

Hugo Thistlethwayte, head of global residential operations, Savills, said, “France remains one of the most popular locations in which to live. The lifestyle of the South West region attracts both domestic and international buyers whether they are looking for a primary or secondary home, and this interest hasn’t waned during the Covid-19 pandemic. The combination of our global distribution and brand with Beaux Villages’ local expertise and best in class service will be a strong mix and further enhances our residential offering in the key locations across the country.”

Lynn Longley, founder and managing director, Beaux Villages said, 'We are delighted to be working so closely with Savills who share our values of quality, integrity and service. This is great news for our customers and our team as we move forwards together.'
