This year, the internationally-renowned resort of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat celebrates its 120th anniversary. Before 1904, it formed part of neighbouring Villefranche and today its continued popularity is evident in strong, consistent transaction growth, with a total 25% growth in transaction volumes between 2019 and 2023.

Anniversary celebrations, including outdoor exhibitions, guided tours and performances, kicked off in April and will carry on until the end of the year.
