The global advisory firm, Savills, is expanding to Denmark in cooperation with the company that formerly operated as Nordicals København A/S. The expansion follows a strong, eight-year long collaboration between the two companies.

As of today, the 25 employees will operate under Savills’ yellow and red logo, which has just made its entry into the Danish market. According to the Savills Denmark CEO, becoming a fully integrated part of Savills' global platform is a milestone in the company's history.

For almost three decades, we have established a strong presence in Copenhagen and Denmark in general. Backed by our new Savills family, we can expand our business areas and welcome a world of new opportunities, expertise, and markets. This is a new chapter and an important step forward, says Jacob Lund.

Savills is a global real estate service provider listed on the London Stock Exchange. With over 40,000 experts and a presence in more than 70 countries, Savills has a global reach and expertise that makes it one of the world’s leading and most trusted advisors in the real estate industry.

Savills is in a league of its own, and with the increasing complexity in the market, the changing economic landscape, and the growing presence of international investors in Denmark, there is a need for an even greater degree of specialisation.

Now, we can offer a full range of advisory services that cover all aspects of the real estate market. The competition and complexity of the market is intensifying, and we are upgrading our services accordingly.

In line with increasing investor demand across the Nordic markets, we have been expanding our teams and areas of expertise in order to offer the very best service to our global client base. The Savills Denmark team has an excellent reputation and is recognised for their expertise. By becoming part of the global Savills network we look forward to helping Danish and international clients benefit from their market knowledge.

James Sparrow, CEO of Savills UK & EMEA.

Savills Denmark continues to run the business from its office in central Copenhagen. The staff of 25 specialists has been transferred to Savills Denmark, and the rebranding will not affect agreements and terms entered into with the company's customers and business partners.
