Fontvieille area in Monaco

We have been monitoring the market as always and are certainly noticing that there seems to be a good number of studios and one bed rentals coming up at present. We are assuming that this is perhaps because the Monaco authorities are tightening up on residence requirements and people are looking at renting larger apartments before taking up residence or renewing residence cards. Larger apartments for rent are still in short supply, however.

Fontvieille also continues to be in demand. Seen more and more as a good residential area with great amenities and green space, it is also viewed as a relatively peaceful alternative to other areas where construction works are more prevalent. All good news for the Columbus Residence rentals where almost all of the units have now been rented.

And why not buy in Fontvieille since we think its appeal longer term will be sustained? We are delighted to be able to offer there for sale a gorgeous 3 bedroom property in Fontvieille, which we are marketing exclusively. It has been renovated to the highest standards in a very classic but contemporary style and the finishes are amongst the best we have seen in Monaco.

The property has very pleasant views over the port of Fontvieille and though it is within walking distance of all of Fontvieille’s great restaurants and bars (including the amazing Les Perles de Monaco oyster shack!), it is extremely quiet.

Please take a look at the brochure for this lovely apartment and we would be delighted to have a chat with you about it and arrange a viewing if you wish to see it.
