TRIPADVISOR IN LISBON: A NEW WORKSPACE WITH SAVILLS PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Savills Portugal, through its BPC & Architecture team, provided project management for Tripadvisor’s new offices at the Casal Ribeiro 16 building, located in the heart of one of the city’s most central and dynamic areas.
With 1,150 m² spread across four floors, the new space embodies Tripadvisor’s global identity and meets the demands of a modern work environment: 60 workstations, multiple collaboration areas, meeting rooms, lounges, dining space, a terrace, and technical zones. It is a true ecosystem of spaces designed to promote productivity, innovation, and well-being.
The greatest challenge of this project arose from its complexity: the fit-out was carried out simultaneously with the building’s structural renovation by the owner. This scenario required precise coordination, capable of aligning different teams, overcoming constraints, and anticipating impacts at every stage of the process.
Savills’ response involved meticulous planning, operational flexibility, and continuous monitoring. The result? A project delivered on time, with exceptional quality and innovative solutions, reinforcing Savills’ role as a trusted partner in high-demand real estate projects.
